Sales Manager/Business Development Manager
1) At least 3 years marketing experience in Auto OEM’s industry with strong
Exposure in developing business skill, marketing programs and its
implementation.
2) University graduate or equivalent
3) Develop and explore the Electronic sensor and module for Auto OEM’s and Aftersales Market
4) Able to analyze market trends, formulate marketing strategies
5) Prepare budget & sales forecast report.
6) Co-ordinate production and sales activities
7) to implement sales strategies/target and process from prospecting, solution, proposal presentation to negotiation and order closing with customers.
8) be able to work independent
9) Fluent in written of English and Chinese and spoken of English
10) Regular travel to China is required

工程经理
 *大专或大专以上同等学历
 *5年以上工程管理经验,能与海內外客戶进行广泛的沟通和联系,并能带领內部团队不断发展 .
 *对机器.设备及电子高质量产品有一定的认识和有一定的经验.
 *熟悉汽车安全质量标准； QS9000和TS16949。
 *能熟练运用各种工程管理工具和管理技能。
 *能承受紧张的工作压力。

Project manager
 *University graduate or equivalent
 *At least 5-8 years experience in project management, able to communicate with oversea customer in different level, and interface with internal engineering development teams.
 *Proven experience on engineering development on machine, equipment or electronic product with high quality requirement to reach industrial standard.
 *Familiar with automotive safety standard; QS9000, TS16949.
 *Good manage skill with presentable and traceable project tools and skill.
 *Able to withstand pressure under tight schedule.

高级电子工程师
 *大专或大专以上同等学历

Chief Electronic enginee
 *University graduate or equivalent
 *At least 7-10 years on electronic design for industrial grade product.
 *Good skill on sensor application, HID lamp, LED and feedback control system; able to use CAD system, such as Labview, MathCAD, to simulate and define the design model.
 *Handful experience on analogue and digital design on amplification, ADC/DAC and microprocessor application.
 *CAN BUS industry communication protocol and design application.
 *Handful experience on solving ESD/EMC problem.
 *Design experience in automotive industry is preferred.
 *Familiar with automotive safety standard; QS9000, TS16949.
 *Team player and good engineering communication skill.
