一、 概述
1. Overview
为我国汽车出口提供能满足国外(欧美)汽车消费者要求的安全性能权威评价信息，为国家控制出口汽车的安全性能水平提供依据，使我国的汽车安全性能评价逐步与国际接轨，并限制安全性能水平低的汽车走出国门。
The purposes of this event are to provide authoritative assessment information required by overseas (European and American) vehicle users so as to promote China’s automobile exports, to provide grounds for the State to control the safety performance of automobiles to be exported, to make China's assessment on automobile safety performance gradually gear with that of the world, and to limit the export of automobiles with low safety performance.

汽车的安全性能是各国政府对汽车工业实施管理的重点之一。目前欧洲、美国、日本、澳大利亚、加拿大、韩国等国家和地区除了安全技术法规的强制管理之外都制订了新车评价程序(NCAP---New Car Assessment Program)，NCAP以权威评价的方式将汽车的综合安全性能以通俗易懂的5星级表达方式为汽车消费者提供市场上热销车型的安全性能评价信息。由于国情的差异，各国NCAP的试验类型及评价体系有所不同，但主要试验类型还是以正面碰撞、正面偏置碰撞和侧面碰撞为基本类型。
The safety performance of automobiles has long been a major task for every government in the world in the process of managing its automobile industry. At present, in areas like Europe, America, Japan, Australia, Canada, Korea and so on, New Car Assessment Program (NCAP) is worked out in addition to the compulsory compliance with the laws and regulations on safety technology. NCAP provides, in the manner of five-star mode standing for the overall safety performance of an automobile, automobile users with the assessment information on safety performance for those hot automobiles. The test types and assessment systems of NCAP tend to be different as different country has different situation. However, the main test types remain to be frontal impact, offset frontal impact and side impact.

三、会议目标    
3.Objectives of Conference
1、政府决策部门最新研究成果对行业走势的影响，解读汽车研究方向和资金流向对产业发展的影响；
1). The influence over the industry trend by the latest research result from the decision-making department of the government, and to decode the influence on the industry development by the research area of the automobile and the capital allocation;
2、打造零部件与整车企业协同开发的交流平台，推动汽车产学研和技术成果的转化与合作；
2) To build a communication platform co-developed by parts and automobile manufacturers, and to promote automotive manufacturing, learning and researching work and improve the application and cooperation work in aspects of technology results;
